Eats From A Sicilian Kitchen

Growing up in a Sicilian family in Brooklyn NY, we had our own way of eating. A lot of the dishes I ate growing up came from the 'old country' or Italy. Though my mom always left out 'one' ingredient, after years of cooking I figured out a way to make these my way. They are basically simple and the directions are no nonsense. Meant to be humorous to read and gratifying to cook. Mama Diana would be proud (if she only knew I wrote this) I won't tell. Will you?
