About The Course
This training meets the requirements for AI awareness and governance for public sector and government-affiliated professionals. It provides a clear understanding of how artificial intelligence is used, where risks exist, and how to apply responsible practices in real-world workflows. The learning objectives include but aren't limited to

The course is structured into guided modules followed by a required post-assessment to validate completion. The State of Texas has introduced a new mandate requiring artificial intelligence (AI) training for government employees underHouse Bill 3512, passed during the 89th Legislature and effective September 1, 2025. At the end of the course, you will complete a post-assessment to demonstrate understanding of the material.

✨ Multiple attempts may be allowed depending on your organization
✨ Upon passing, screenshot your results and upload to your reporting director.
Important Note:This training is designed for compliance and awareness purposes. Always follow your organization’s policies regarding AI tool usage. Only use AI systems that are approved by your employer.
Annual Deadline: Agencies must certify compliance byAugust 31each year. Non-compliance is reported to the Texas Legislature.
